Return Eligibility

Items must be returned within 60 days of receipt.

Personalized or custom-made items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.


Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Include:

    • Your order number

    • Photos of the damaged or defective itemWe will quickly review your case and provide a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.


Return Process

  1. Contact support@soulora.com to initiate your return.

  2. Receive a return authorization and instructions for shipping.

  3. Send the item back using a trackable shipping method.

  4. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund or replacement.

Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or damaged.


Refunds

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Processing usually takes 2–3 business days after we receive the returned item.

Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.


Exchanges

Exchanges are available for the same item in a different size, color, or design, depending on availability.

Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.

After 24 hours, standard return policies apply.
